Broken after decode

Describe the bug
I open the apk from APKLAB: open apk, then when I click rebuild or rebuild and install the menu opens, but when I then click OK nothing happens.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to open apk
2. Click on apktool.yml and decode
3. The menu opens
4. I click OK
5. No error, nothing happens

Expected behavior
I expected it to give me an error.

Console Logs

On apply https thing:
[1/4] Modifying app manifest
Error: Text data outside of root node.

Char: Failed to apply MITM patches!

On the other rebuild / rebuild and install: nothing, the console does not open.

System Information:

• OS: Windows 10
• VSCode Version: newest release

Additional context
Everything used to work fine.
I also tried restarting or reinstall the extension but not even downgrading changed anything. Not even reinstall vscode fixed it.
Preparing it for https inspection works.
There is no dist folder.
