Installation appears to be crashing with the error weidu.exe: wrong argument --log'; option --force-install' expects an integer.
because mods are misreported as not having globally unique labels

If I press refresh for a second time for example the mod correctly identifies the labels.

As the tool works 90% of the time when I refresh after a crash, perhaps an option would be to colour the groups red if any mods are unsupported. That way I know not to attempt an install and do a refresh.
This may also help you get less people asking why it's not saving their decisions, because the red will inform them it's not supported
