App does not validate conditions and shows "?"

Describe the bug
After clicking set install order, the app is unable to verify the conditions and does not allow to install.

You're bugging out multiple mods with your way of cloning. I don't think this is reproducible without your changes.

This is not the "copy folders" method from the other post. It's the native clone method from PI.

@existenze The option exists but it's a BETA feature, for experimenting. Right now, I'm not able to guarantee that the 'cloning' don't produce edge cases with install order rules checking.
