Thank you for reporting the issue. At present, any backend errors will result in the message "API call fail, please retry." This could be due to an issue with the codebase or potentially an API problem. Would you please attempt to restart the onboarding process? If the error persists, it is highly probable that there is an issue with the codebase file.
