I've been reading through the source, and considering ndc ships with a MacOS binary I'm pretty confident Pachy98 can be modified to support both. I'm tinkering with it and I'll share a branch when I've made some progress. Just wanted this ticket in case anyone else was thinking about it.

Sounds good! I haven't tried to compile anything with pyinstaller for Mac, but it does have that feature. In addition to ndc you'll want a Mac version of xdelta3 as well. Let me know if you run into trouble.

I have Pachy98 running in a Mac VM right now. It looks like it'll take some tinkering to get Pyinstaller to build something that works, but I will continue working at it.
