passing parameters to noisy ... #29

Normally you can should be able to use "-c" or "--config" it's your choice. Seems like this is a bug caused because "-c", "-t" and "-l" was put it it in a metavar. I have already fixed this in my fork because it seems like 1tayH doesn't maintain Noisy anymore |

python noisy.py -c config.json -t 10
usage: noisy.py [-h] [--log -l] --config -c [--timeout -t]
noisy.py: error: argument --config is required
python noisy.py --config config.json --timeout 10 works.
So -c or -t are not accepted? thx
