Add Minimum Treshold Points as number (like tokens) input below Conviction Growth to form Pool Creation
Use 10**7 (10^7) for percentage params instead decimals³
Fix min value to fit token decimals
Add Input for maxAmount in Capped system.
Fix spending Limit display in pool metrics
