Context menus are not showing properly on Linux

Legacy context menus don't have hover animation, and margins & arrow icons are broken.

The issue is (most likely) independent of DE, and for now it's not clear why it happens in the first place.

i played around with userChromeContextMenus.css but i couldnt figure out how to fix the context menu so i ended up jsut removing this file. at least now the context menus dont look terribly wrong
